NOTE:This Is Only A Functional View Of the Garage Layout. Another Z Car Friend Who Also Happens To Be An Architect - Is Working On The Final Exterior Styling, Finishing Materials etc. To Make It Beautiful. The over-all architecture is that of Modern Japanese ( aka Frank Loyd Wright).
The building's lower level is comprised of two sections. The work area is 20'x55' and the clean storage area is 25'x60'. The living area upstairs is also 25'x60.
The Z Cars Shown Are To Scale As Are All The Garage Accessories Like Package Racking, Shelves, Storage Cabinets, Tool Boxes, Work Bench, Lift etc..
The Garage Layout Below Is Designed To Meet The Requirements Of Being Built In A Residential Area. The "Garage" Can Only Be 25 percent Of The Floor Space Of The House. So, What Is Shown As The "Clean Storage Area" Is Listed On The Plans As A "Recreation Room". The Sliding Glass Doors Are 8ft. Because I Could Not Show Garage Doors In That Area.

The Idea Here Is To Provide A Clean Storage Area For Finished Cars And The Display Of Collectibles, So That They Are Kept Clean And Ready To Enjoy. The To Provide A Generous Work Area For The Home Hobbyist As Well As An Area For Social Gatherings. The Living Quarters Are Necessary To Comply With The Building Being A "Residence" {Of Course It Can Be Rented Out To Generate Extra Revenue Or Used As A Guest Cottage}.
